Custom Cookies Inquiries

Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the pickup date may incur a 25% rush fee.

Custom cookie sets (starting at $95 per dozen)

  • Up to 6 designs and 6 colors. May include minimal metallic painting and piped florals, as well as lettering, numbers, and custom shapes.
  • May include a mix of edible printed and hand-piped details.
  • Standard cookies are about 3"-4.5", depending on shape.
  • Additional designs, colors, or shapes will incur an upcharge.
  • Natural plant-based dye is available for custom sets upon request (for light/pale color palettes only).

Edible printed cookies (starting at $65 per dozen)

  • Great for logos or other high-resolution images. Different from the typical edible image on sheet cakes: cookies are iced, then an image is printed with an FDA‑approved food-safe edible printer. Image color may vary on the final cookie.
  • Up to 2 basic shapes (circle, rectangle, square, etc.) custom shapes incur an upcharge.
  • Up to 3 images per dozen. High-resolution images must be provided by the client.
  • Natural plant-based dye is not available for printed images.



Clear box packaging option (+10 per dozen)

Cookies are individually heat-sealed and elegantly packaged in a bakery box. For the best experience, they are enjoyed on the day of pick-up. However, they will remain fresh for up to one week at room temperature or up to three months when properly frozen. You may share inspiration photos but creative freedom must be given.

Terms & Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the pick-up date are non-refundable. Orders not collected within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be forfeited. Rescheduled pick-up dates must fall within two months of the original date and are subject to availability.

Payment Terms
Orders under $500 require full payment within 48 hours of the invoice date. For orders exceeding $500, a 50% deposit may be made upon request, with the remaining balance due no later than one month prior to the pick-up date.

By placing an order, you agree that photos of your set may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

Please note that all products are prepared in a home-based kitchen that handles common allergens, including tree nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, soy, wheat, shellfish, and alcohol.
