ABOUT MY DESIGNS & CUTTERS:
All designs are hand-illustrated by Charlson Cookie Co. Cookie cutters and all other 3D-printed items are made from PLA (polylactic acid). Most cutters in my shop are double-bladed and designed on the thicker side for durability. Cutters are approximately 20 mm in height and are ideal for cutting dough rolled up to 1/2" thick.

Most cutters are measured from top to bottom and side to side (refer to the square listing photos). The larger number always represents the longest side of the cutter, whether height or width. All item dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 1/8" in actual size.

Food that comes into contact with these items must be fully baked or cooked before consumption.


CUTTER CARE
Q: How do I clean my cutters?
3D-printed items from my shop are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with soapy, lukewarm water before use. I recommend using a bottle brush or small brushes to clean tight crevices. Heat will cause warping.


ORDERS
Q: I just placed an order. Can I add to it so I don’t have to pay double shipping?
You may add to your order as long as it has not been packaged or shipped. Depending on how many items are added, there may be an additional shipping fee. Shipping dates may be delayed if items are added to orders placed more than 48 hours prior. You must send me a message requesting to add items, and an invoice will be sent for the additional cutters.


DELIVERY ISSUES
Q: My order says it was delivered, but I have not received it.
If you experience carrier issues such as lost, damaged, stolen packages, or a package marked as delivered but not received, you must contact your local postal office to resolve the issue. I am not responsible for packages once they have been shipped or have left my premises.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you may open a claim with USPS. They will review and process your case.

If you experience any issues with your order, you must contact me within 72 hours of the delivery date.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. All canceled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover transaction and card processing fees. Cancellation requests are not accepted after 24 hours.

Cutters will not be replaced due to heat damage. However, if you experience any other issues with your order, please send me a message.


ISSUES WITH CUTTERS

Issue: I received my cutters and there are discolorations or different-colored spots.
If you notice spots on your cutters, this is due to the different filament colors used in my shop.

Issue: The wall of my cutter blade split during use.
This is rare and should not occur. If your cutter has split, dough is getting inside, and it is no longer usable, please send me a message within 90 days. A photo will be required, and a replacement will be provided.

Issue: I ordered a cutter that is too big or too small.
Please measure carefully before purchasing. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order, as all items are made to order. Height and width dimensions are provided for each shape in my shop. If any dimensions are missing, please let me know and I will provide them.
