Refund Policy
I do not accept returns/exchanges. Orders are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All cancelled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover transaction card fees. Cancelations requests are not accepted after 24 hours.
Cutters will not be replaced due to heat damage.
Issues regarding order must be notified within 72 hours of delivery date.
Delivery issue:
If you're experiencing any carrier issues such as lost, damage, stolen or package saying it was delivered but was not, you must contact your local postal office to resolve the issue. I am not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
USPS CLAIMS: You will need to open a claim with USPS if your package gets damage or lost during transit. It is up to USPS to determine if you receive a reimbursement or not. Insurance claims can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be processed. If approved, an order replacement will be shipped. No refunds will be given.
Local pick up orders
Emails will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up and a text will be sent after your order has been set out front. Order must be picked up within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick up time. I am not responsible for your orders once they have been left out front for porch pick up. If you order is not picked up after being rescheduled a second time, your order will be canceled and there will be a 25% restocking fee if you do not show up or if I cannot get a hold of you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Replacements will not be sent if there is an issue (cutters breaking etc). All international orders are insured when shipped. After a claim has been process through the mail carrier, you may be reimbursed for a partial refund or store credit.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
