Terms & Refund Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any issues regarding your order must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date.
All canceled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests are not accepted after 24 hours.
Cutters:
Cutters will not be replaced due to heat damage. They may warp if exposed to excessive heat. Cutters are made of plastic and should be replaced over time due to normal wear and tear, depending on usage.
STL Files & Digital Files:
All STL files and digital files from my shop are intended for direct at-home printing. They are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any way.
Delivery Issues:
Fees will be charged for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or if the buyer is unable to accept the package for any reason. Buyers must contact the delivery courier regarding all delivery issues, including packages that are late, lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but not received. I am not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
USPS & UPS Claims:
You will need to open a claim with USPS or UPS if your package is damaged or lost during transit. It is up to the carrier to determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement.
Local Pickup Orders:
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, followed by a text once your order has been placed outside. Orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. I am not responsible for orders once they have been left outside for porch pickup. If your order is not picked up after being rescheduled a second time, it will be canceled and subject to a 25% restocking fee if you do not show up or cannot be reached.
International Orders:
Fees will be charged for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or if the buyer is unable to accept the package for any reason. Replacements will not be sent for issues (e.g., broken cutters). All international orders are insured when shipped. After a claim has been processed through the mail carrier, you may receive a partial refund or store credit.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
