Shipping policy
USPS first class mail: 2-6 business days
First class mail is NOT insured. To insure your package (filing claims with USPS to get a reimbursement if package ends up being lost or gets damage during shipment), choose first class mail with insurance or priority shipping.
Priority shipping: 1-3 business days and insured for lost/damage
Choosing priority shipping does not bump your order ahead of other orders.
Delivery issue:
If you're experiencing any carrier issues such as lost, damage, stolen or package saying it was delivered but was not, you must contact your local postal office to resolve the issue. I am not responsible for packages once they have been shipped or leaves my premises.
Local pick up orders
Emails will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up and a text will be sent after your order has been set out front. Order must be picked up within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick up time. I am not responsible for your orders once they have been left out front for porch pick up. If you order is not picked up after being rescheduled a second time, your order will be canceled and there will be a 25% restocking fee if you do not show up or if I cannot get a hold of you.
I am not responsible to what happens to your order once it has been shipped.
