These are just outline of the shape. There is no stamp (not a detailed shape where there are imprints)
ALL STL FILES WILL HAVE MY BRAND ON IT. SOME MAY HAVE LABELS ON THE SIDE WHILE OTHERS WILL ONLY HAVE MY BRAND ON TOP.
This is a digital transaction. No physical product is being shipped.
ALL STIL FILES (including custom stl files) are not to be resold or shared as a file and not to be sold as a cookie cutter. Files are not be alternated or modified. They are for personal use only.
You may use them to print and sell the cookies you make with them but not as a cutter.
I do not guarantee any misprints that your printer causes. I do not provide any technical support or problems with printing.
No refunds will be given once purchased. No refunds will be given if you are not able to print the files. If you are having trouble with the file itself, I will try to help you by creating a new file for you but I will not send another shape.

3D printed items: Color may vary for all 3D printed items in shop. You are purchasing just the outline of the shape. My shop does not carry stencils/stamps.
Shapes are measured from top to bottom and side to side unless stated otherwise. For example, 3"x"3 squares are measured 3" from left to right and 3" from top to bottom. Diagonal dimensions are not given.
Cookie cutters are printed with PLA. Products that come in contact with 3D printed items need to be fully baked before consumed.

All 3D printed items are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash with luke warm soapy water before use. It is best to a brush to clean hard to get to creases.

I do not accept cancelations once orders are placed. Due to the nature of product, I do not accept exchanges/returns. All sales are final.
If you are experiencing delivery issues, you would need to call your local post office. Tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.
