Placing orders incorrectly may result in delays. An invoice will be emailed with the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid in full in a timely manner, the order may be canceled and fees may apply.
Rush orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This means your order will ship within 2 business days from the date it is placed. This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time.
Shipping methods below include estimated delivery timeframes based on carrier websites. Please note that weather and other factors may affect actual delivery times.

USPS Standard Ground: 2-6 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days
USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed delivery date; signature required)
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery on the second business day
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Overnight / next business day delivery
Order Processing Schedule:
Orders placed on Monday: Ship Tuesday or Wednesday
Orders placed on Thursday: Ship Friday or Monday (if Monday is a holiday, ships Tuesday)
Orders placed Friday-Sunday: Ship Monday or Tuesday

3D printed items: Color may vary for all 3D printed items in shop. You are purchasing just the outline of the shape. My shop does not carry stencils/stamps.
Shapes are measured from top to bottom and side to side unless stated otherwise. For example, 3"x"3 squares are measured 3" from left to right and 3" from top to bottom. Diagonal dimensions are not given.
Cookie cutters are printed with PLA. Products that come in contact with 3D printed items need to be fully baked before consumed.

All 3D printed items are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash with luke warm soapy water before use. It is best to a brush to clean hard to get to creases.

I do not accept cancelations once orders are placed. Due to the nature of product, I do not accept exchanges/returns. All sales are final.
If you are experiencing delivery issues, you would need to call your local post office. Tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.
