Placing orders incorrectly will result in orders potentially being canceled with fees applied.
Rush orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Meaning your order will ship within 2 business days from the day you place your order. This does not include holidays, weekends and shipping time.
orders placed on monday --> ships tuesday or wednesday
orders placed on thursday --> ships friday or monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then it will ship on tuesday)
orders placed on friday/saturday/sunday --> ships on monday or tuesday.
Example, if you placed your order on a tuesday with the rush order option with priority shipping, your order will be processed and shipped by thursday. your estimated delivery date would be friday to wednesday.

3D printed items: Color may vary for all 3D printed items in shop. You are purchasing just the outline of the shape. My shop does not carry stencils/stamps.
Shapes are measured from top to bottom and side to side unless stated otherwise. For example, 3"x"3 squares are measured 3" from left to right and 3" from top to bottom. Diagonal dimensions are not given.
Cookie cutters are printed with PLA. Products that come in contact with 3D printed items need to be fully baked before consumed.

All 3D printed items are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash with luke warm soapy water before use. It is best to a brush to clean hard to get to creases.

I do not accept cancelations once orders are placed. Due to the nature of product, I do not accept exchanges/returns. All sales are final.
If you are experiencing delivery issues, you would need to call your local post office. Tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.
